Care

All our products are made to last; however, every product under the Zenith Accent Series is carefully built and can benefit from cautious handling and an easy maintenance routine. The best practice for any piece of furniture is to clean it regularly with a damp cloth and take general precautions towards the unusual environment. We recommend avoiding direct sunlight, heat, or humidity exposure to prevent fading and cracking. Surfaces should be covered when possible to prevent obvious damage. Use coasters and mats under glasses and hot dishes. Please be aware that heavily dyed fabric, like dark wash denim, can transfer to your furniture and cause discoloration.

Do not use chemical cleaners, aerosol cleaners, polishes, oil-based wax, or abrasive polishes.

Hardware may loosen over time; periodically check to make sure all connections are tight.

Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping Policy

    • Our products are delivered in one of two ways:
      • Standard shipping – Our standard shipping is free. Items are delivered to your shipping address at the front door by our shipping partners (e.g., Purolator, Fedex, or Canada Post).
      • White glove shipping (Available in GTA only) – With our white glove shipping, enjoy the advantage of getting your ordered products delivered to your room of choice by paying just $150. The price includes the delivery of your ordered products in the room of your choice, unpacking, full assembly, and disposal of the packaging material. Confirm on the Cart Page to see if we offer white glove shipping in your area.
    • All our products are shipped from our warehouse within 10 – 15 business days of receiving your order.
    • We request our clients to ensure that an adult (18 years and above) is present on the day of delivery as the receiver’s name and signature are required on delivery.
    • If there is a delay, we will notify you by email. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.*
    • If you live in a condo, apartment, or a high-rise building, the logistics team will deliver to the closest point to your home that they’re safely able to, which will be the building lobby in most cases.
    • In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items on backorder will be shipped when they are in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by email.
    • Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
    • Delivery is only available within Canada. Only customers with a Canadian billing and shipping address can currently purchase from this website.

    *Additional charges may be applied if the package is not delivered due to the client’s unavailability on the scheduled delivery date and time.

  • Returns/ Cancellations Policy

    • We take great pride in the workmanship and quality of our products. Our products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
    • You are eligible to cancel the order by writing to us at info@meliocustomcabinets.com within 48 hours of placing your order, and we will arrange a full refund within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Warranty

    • All our products come with a 6-month limited warranty on the hardware and workmanship. We will repair or replace them for you at no additional charge. For more details, reach us at info@meliocustomcabinets.com*

    *Does not include manhandling, damage due to the usage of cleaning material other than recommended on our website, or wear and tear due to regular usage.

  • Damaged Products

    If the product appears damaged at the time of delivery, one of the following two cases is possible:

    • Standard shipping – Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery time with the following details.
      • Write to us at info@meliocustomcabinets.com
      • Write your email subject line as: ‘Return Order Number #xxxxx’
      • Description of the problem
      • Photos of the product, in whole, and damaged area

    We will arrange an exchange (if applicable) or a full refund within 3 to 5 business days and get the damaged product shipped back to us. (Don’t worry, we will pay the shipping charges, but we do request our clients to secure the product in its original packaging to prevent it from further damage.)

    • White glove shipping – Our logistics team will take care of it and work with you to find the best solution. If required, they can pack and take the product back with them, no questions asked! We will arrange an exchange (if applicable) or a refund within 3 to 5 business days.
